You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your wj2w account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and wj2w will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify wj2w support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. wj2w will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification.
You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human mechanisms to interact with the Platform. wj2w employs detection systems for such behavior, and any account found to be using automation will be permanently suspended without prior notice and without refund of funds.
wj2w accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to individual method limits and processing times: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposits only), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), except USDT transactions which are converted at the prevailing rate at time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for GCash, Maya, and Cliqq transactions; PHP 500 for bank transfer transactions; and the equivalent of USD 10 for USDT transactions. Minimum amounts are subject to change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, wj2w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gameplay outcomes, technical disruptions, unauthorized access, or reliance on information published on the Platform.
wj2w's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit wj2w's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

In all other cases of account closure, verified real-money balances (excluding unconverted bonus credits) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

wj2w reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wj2w will provide notice via the Platform's notification system or via the registered email address on file, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Your continued use of the wj2w Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wj2w's internal dispute process or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
